ELISABETH - concertante premiere
The international VBW success production ELISABETH from the pen of the successful duo Michael Kunze & Sylvester Levay was shown as a very big concert experience of the extra class in the main courtyard of the Schönbrunn Palace. The famous historical setting provides a dignified and unique setting for the concert version of the musical, which tells the dramatic and touching story of the life, works and sufferings of Empress Elisabeth of Austria.
With high-caliber soloists and ensemble, accompanied by the orchestra of the Vereinigte Bühnen Wien in large cast, the audience was able to look forward to one of the event highlights of the year 2019. The concert version of the most successful German-language musical of all time was staged for the first time at the original location.
